Job Description
Join Sukoon Wellness Pvt Ltd as a Customer Support Representative! In this role, you will confirm and verify order details with customers, ensuring accuracy in orders and delivery instructions. You will provide friendly and professional support, addressing inquiries and documenting interactions in our order system.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of ecommerce. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a must, along with skills in upselling and cross-selling.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
