Job Description
Join VIVE TECH SOLUTIONS T/A VIVE PRINTING LTD as a Customer Support Representative! In this full-time role, you will respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat for our US-based clients. Responsibilities include providing accurate information, processing orders, and addressing concerns. A minimum of 1 year in packaging is required, along with a high level of product knowledge.
Pay ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month. This position requires in-person work.
