Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Specialists. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing effective solutions, and delivering an exceptional service experience via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Fixed shift from 6 PM to 3 AM (US time).
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous.
Compensation: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
Location: Lahore (In-person).
