Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team! We provide inbound customer service to clients from the US, Canada, and Europe, operating 24/7.
Job Duties: Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone; manage complaints; participate in training; and support teammates. Flexibility with shift timings is essential.
Requirements: Strong English communication skills, good typing speed, and adaptability to various systems.
Compensation: ₹65,00 to ₹80,00/month + bonuses and benefits.

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
