Job Description
Logix Solutions is currently in search of a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our esteemed client in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,00 to 50,00.
Key Responsibilities: You will assist customers and solar installers with product-related inquiries, provide support on product settings and installation, troubleshoot technical issues related to solar inverters, and ensure a high level of customer service by resolving complaints promptly.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, have a strong technical understanding of solar inverters, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
