Candidates must be proficient in English, showcasing exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities include managing outgoing and incoming calls, identifying customer needs, and ensuring satisfaction. You will provide follow-up calls and stay updated on product knowledge while handling a significant volume of communications. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Shift timings are Monday to Saturday with various options available, aligned with UK timing. The position is based in DHA 1, Sector F, Rawalpindi.
