Job Description
Position: Customer Support Specialists
Location: F.B. Area Block 10, Karachi
Shift: 9-hour shift from 6 PM to 6 AM
Working Days: 6 days per week
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support to our international clients.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Identify customer needs and present effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support.
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
