Job Description
LOKAL Ventures (Pvt.) Ltd is in search of a dynamic Customer Support Team Lead to oversee, support, and train our Customer Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing KPIs, creating weekly schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and enhancing operational systems for improved performance. A comprehensive understanding of our products and services is crucial for this role.
Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of one year of experience in a junior management position within customer support, or three to four years of experience in operations. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are required.
This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month. Applications will be accepted until March 30, 2025, with an anticipated start date of April 7, 2025.
