Job Description
Become a part of XACT BPO as a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our ACA campaign! We are currently hiring for full-time night shift positions at Rizwan Arcade, Saddar, Rawalpindi, from 6 PM to 5 AM.
The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, provide accurate information about our products, and resolve customer issues promptly.
