A leading Telecom Company is seeking a dedicated Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join our team. As a CPA, you will be responsible for:
- Phone line installation and troubleshooting
- Internet cable installation and troubleshooting
- TV fiber cable installation and troubleshooting
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: DAE in Electrical/Electronics/IT (3-year Diploma)
