Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Data Center Officer to oversee our data center operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the site, preparing rosters, and allocating tasks to staff members. Key responsibilities include managing physical access to facilities, monitoring fire detection systems, and ensuring proper upkeep of UPS and generators. A strong knowledge of tape management, cycle management, and backup procedures across various operating platforms such as AIX and Linux is essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for data warehouse management, analysis, and inventory documentation.
