Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a dedicated Datacenter Storage Engineer responsible for overseeing operations across Storage Data Protection environments. You will monitor and report first-level incidents and alerts, assist teams during new builds and decommission activities, and support the creation of Capacity performance reports.
As a key point of escalation for technical guidance, you will manage major incidents, changes, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in incident, change, and problem management processes. Strong technical and communication skills are essential for success.
