Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a qualified Deputy Manager in HR Operations to drive the effective implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of workforce dynamics at project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
- Oversee attendance tracking and manage payroll processing.

Qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in HR, or equivalent qualification.
