Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a dynamic Deputy Manager Sales to enhance our team in the Construction and Building Materials sector located in Peshawar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Lead Generation Officers.
- Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies.
- Monitor performance and provide reports on team progress.
- Establish and nurture relationships within painter and contractor networks.
- Utilize local product expertise to boost sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation, particularly in painter and contractor communities.
