Job Description
ISMMART is seeking a visionary Country Head to oversee our operations in Pakistan from our Islamabad headquarters. This pivotal role involves managing diverse business activities, driving growth, and ensuring operational efficiency while aligning the team with strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Pakistan, and a background in investment, real estate, hospitality, or retail sectors. Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills are essential for this position.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 600,00 to PKR 800,00 per month, along with a dynamic work environment.
