Job Description
KHOJ Resorts seeks an experienced Director of Sales to drive revenue growth, cultivate strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team across our resort properties.
- Establish and exceed sales targets; develop go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee account management and expand corporate and travel-trade relationships.
- Monitor and report KPIs to executive leadership; apply data-driven decision making.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a results-oriented sales team.
Requirements: 7+ years in hospitality sales with demonstrated success in group and leisure markets, strong leadership and negotiation skills. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
