Job Description
Dura Polymer Industries is seeking an experienced Dispatch Incharge to oversee our dispatch operations. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate all dispatch activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing and training dispatch staff, processing orders, and maintaining accurate delivery records.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, 3-5 years of experience, and strong personal qualities such as hardworking, honesty, and responsibility. Candidates must be male, aged 25-40.
This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at our facility.
