Job Description
Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is looking for experienced cab dispatchers with at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and dispatch cabs, monitor schedules, address issues, maintain records, ensure compliance, and handle customer inquiries.
Requirements: Experience as a dispatcher, knowledge of GPS and dispatch software, excellent communication, and ability to work under pressure.
Location: Plot no. 206, East Service Road, I 10 / 3, Islamabad.
Salary: $250 to $320 per hour (negotiable). Full-time position.
