Job Description
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Location: Valencia Town, Lahore
Roafer Group is on the lookout for a skilled Dispatcher to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee dispatch operations for our clients in the US and Canada, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee dispatch operations and coordinate loads using Loadboards.
- Facilitate communication between drivers and clients to address and resolve issues.
- Maintain precise dispatch records and monitor fleet performance.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of dispatching experience in the logistics sector.
- Proficient in using dispatch tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
