Your Role:
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone and email.
- Effectively communicate complex genetic information to clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
We’re Looking For:
- ✔ Intermediate proficiency in English, with fluency required.
- ✔ Basic tech skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
- ✔ Previous experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or call center industry.
- ✔ Knowledge in Immune, Neuro, and CGX fields is a plus.
Salary: PKR 30,00 plus bonuses and commissions.
