Job Description
We are seeking an E-Commerce Accounts Executive to manage seller accounts, optimize product listings, and grow sales across online marketplaces. The role involves maintaining and improving listings, tracking performance metrics, coordinating promotional campaigns, resolving order and customer issues, and collaborating with marketing and logistics to ensure timely execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1–3 years of e-commerce or account management experience
- Proficiency with marketplace tools and strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
