Job Description
We are K Media, seeking a talented and data-driven E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will analyze business data, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance customer satisfaction for our online store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize product listings and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for KPIs and performance metrics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with IT for seamless e-commerce tool integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
