Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team at 5A’s. In this role, you will manage and prepare orders through Shopify, addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. You will assist with order inquiries, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a positive customer experience.
To qualify, you should be proficient in computer use, have basic knowledge of Shopify, and possess strong communication skills. Patience and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential for this position.

Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
