Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Virtual Assistant (Customer Support Representative) to join our team at Red Star Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills in English and a passion for helping customers while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include leading high-priority administrative tasks, mentoring junior team members, and preparing detailed progress reports. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role are required.
