Job Description
SA DATA & MANAGEMENT, Inc invites applications for the position of Ecommerce Executive. In this role, you will:
- Create and manage an online inventory of products.
- Determine customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Check inventory for availability of desired items.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat support.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English.
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM | Full-time | Pay: Starting at Rs 50,00.00/month.
