Job Description
INNOVATIVE PVT LTD is seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Engineer to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with:
- Addressing assigned complaints related to Cash Services Machines (CSMs) and ATMs within a specified turnaround time (TAT).
- Installing CSMs and ATMs as required.
- Implementing effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues.
- Conducting thorough root cause analysis for designated tasks.
- Generating analytical reports and documentation for review by the line manager.
