Job Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative. Compensation: PKR 40,00–50,00/month plus 5% commission. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound sales calls and social media inquiries; explaining services, pricing, and promotions; upselling add-ons; logging CRM interactions; and following up to meet monthly targets and build lasting customer relationships.
- Requirements: 1+ year local customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
- Familiar with CRM systems, social platforms, and MS Office
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and able to work rotating weekly days off
