Job Description
Location: Raiwind Road, Lahore
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Salary: Market-competitive salary and benefits package
HRPSP is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. If you excel at managing complex schedules and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Prepare correspondence and presentations.
- Coordinate travel and logistics.
- Build relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 4 years of executive support experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- No Criminal Record
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
