Job Description
GIFT University, located in Gujranwala, Pakistan, is seeking a dedicated Executive to offer comprehensive administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating Zoom meeting links, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. Key responsibilities also include maintaining databases, organizing events, and collaborating effectively with students, faculty, and stakeholders.
Qualifications: A minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university or institute.
Experience: A minimum of 1.5 to 2 years in administration or management.
Required Skills: Strong communication abilities, operational management expertise, and proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and AI tools.
