Job Description
Devomech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Executive Operations Specialist to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our executives. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and streamlining administrative processes. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, supporting budget management, and collaborating with various departments on projects.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
