Job Description

Hr Partner is looking for a skilled Executive Secretary to provide vital support to our CEO. Key responsibilities include effectively managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. You will be tasked with preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. As the primary liaison between the CEO and both internal and external parties, strong communication skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in an executive assistant or secretarial capacity, along with exceptional organizational abilities and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
