Job Description
P-Tech is a leading Performance Marketing Company, specializing in pay per call, pay per lead, and cost per acquisition models. We are looking for a full-time Experienced CSR for our ACA and Auto Insurance campaign. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support, ensuring satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include interacting with customers through phone, email, and live chat, as well as resolving queries and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and a positive attitude. Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
