Job Description
Twin City Recruiter (Pvt.) Ltd, a top-rated BPO service provider in Pakistan, is looking for skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our Bahria Town Rawalpindi office.
Requirements: Effective communication with customers, lead conversion, product knowledge, cold calling, and collaboration with internal teams.
Compensation: Salary ranges from Rs. 40,00 to Rs. 60,00 plus incentives.
Qualifications: Intermediate to Bachelor’s degree preferred; fresh to 2 years of experience; strong English communication skills.
Work Details: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
