Job Description
ProtoCall Outsource is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives at our office in Phase 6, Bahria Town, Islamabad. As a leading inbound contact center working with taxi companies across the UK, we focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and inquiries from taxi customers and drivers.
- Assist with booking and dispatching services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Requirements:
- 1 year of call center experience required.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
