Job Description
Arc Codes is actively seeking a seasoned and dynamic Sales Closer to join our Spectrum campaign. In our fast-paced call center environment, you will be responsible for closing deals in real-time during live calls with interested customers.
Salary Range: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and commissions.
Work Hours: Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Close deals during live calls using effective persuasive techniques.
- Build rapport and communicate the benefits of Spectrum effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
Qualifications: Demonstrated sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude are essential.
