Job Description
Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group is seeking an Export LCL Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for all corporate customers, building strong relationships and delivering excellent service. You will be responsible for following up with carriers and agents regarding vessel arrivals and container release status, as well as supervising cargo transshipment and delivery queries.
The ideal candidate will handle customer and agent complaints, provide updates on shipment status and cargo position, and ensure the finalization of planning for all sectors in collaboration with the CFS yard.
