Job Description
AJ is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance of our building and grounds. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain custodial functions while ensuring all security and emergency preparedness procedures are properly implemented. You will supervise the quality of work performed by employees, manage service contracts, and conduct regular facility inspections.
Key responsibilities include recommending maintenance and facility design modifications, communicating safety precautions, and managing the facility’s financial and physical resources efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
Experience Required: 5 years in a similar role.
