Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support daily operations, manage client communications, and maintain efficient workflow. This in-person role in Islamabad is suitable for full-time candidates, interns, or freshers.
- Responsibilities: prompt client email responses, professional correspondence, inbox organization, document creation and proofreading, and secure filing.
- Preferred: assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (expense tracking, invoicing, simple reconciliations) using Excel, Google Sheets, or QuickBooks.
- Qualifications: excellent English communication, strong organization and attention to detail, proficiency with Office/Google apps, familiarity with email platforms and project tools, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Compensation: Rs25,00–Rs30,00/month. Please indicate if you can join immediately.
