Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for high-rise commercial projects.
- Identify potential clients and conduct market research.
- Provide detailed project information and conduct site presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals; maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns.
- Submit regular sales reports to the CEO.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of project sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good market awareness and customer network development.
