Job Description
Muller and Phipps Pakistan is on the lookout for a dedicated Field Manager to spearhead our pharmaceutical sales team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will oversee the performance of the sales staff, establish sales targets, and craft strategies to drive growth. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, delivering reports to management, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities.
Qualifications include a BBA/BS/MS/MBA in Marketing, 3-4 years of pertinent sales and marketing experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector), and a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets.
We offer a competitive annual bonus, medical coverage, and a salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00.
