Job Description
HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the position of Field Security Officer (FSO) for locations in Kohat, Karak, and Hangu.
Salary: Market competitive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Military experience preferred (Major with security courses)
- 20 years of military experience and 2-4 years in multinational companies
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Pashto (mandatory), Urdu, and English
The role includes ensuring the safety and security of employees and assets, monitoring operations, coordinating with departments, and implementing security policies.
