Job Description
Cybernet, part of the Lakson Group of Companies, is seeking a dedicated Field Technician for our Cybernet Division, Stormfiber. The primary role is to efficiently activate customer services by installing fiber optic equipment, handling on-site complaints, and maintaining last-mile optical fiber cable.
Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) or equivalent, be under 32 years of age, and preferably have 1-2 years of experience. Familiarity with GPON technology and effective customer satisfaction skills are essential.
