Role Summary: Fluffy Fluffy UK is looking for a Finance & Business Performance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our stores. This role uniquely blends hands-on bookkeeping with strategic analysis to improve decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bookkeeping and payroll functions.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and cash flow reports.
- Provide actionable financial insights for improvements.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Work collaboratively with accountants to ensure compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in finance management.
- Familiarity with UK SME finance, ideally in the food and beverage or retail sectors.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
