Job Description
Join FleetMax LLC, a leading Logistics/Trucking company operating semi trucks in the South East USA. This remote position requires availability from 5 PM to 2 AM, with optional office space depending on your location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize TruckStop load boards for optimal routes and pricing.
- Negotiate with brokers and maintain communication on truck schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation, including invoicing and signed BOLs.
- Manage receipts and expenses in the company ledger.
- Support drivers with stops and maintenance suggestions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/GSheets.
- Strong organizational and mental math skills.
- Prior dispatch or finance experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs75,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
