Job Description
Alkaif Pizza & Burger is seeking a dedicated and skilled Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. As the Floor Manager, you will supervise floor staff, handle customer complaints, and support our management team to maintain high store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor floor staff, ensuring high performance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any complaints.
