Job Description
Chiltanpure is seeking a dedicated Food Order Booker in the retail market. This role is essential for efficiently managing bulk food orders from our customers, ensuring accurate processing and maintaining communication between clients and our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and process food orders accurately.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail clients and act as their primary contact.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Identify upselling opportunities and maintain detailed sales records.
