Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Franchise Officer to manage franchise relationships, support onboarding, monitor compliance, and drive franchise performance. You will coordinate training, conduct site visits, analyze sales and operational data, and implement improvement plans to uphold brand standards and profitability.
- Qualifications: 2+ years in franchise or field operations; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Skills: strong communication and analytical abilities, proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to travel.
