Job Description
Smart Placement is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fresh Call Center Agent to join our team. In this full-time role, you will manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally. You will follow communication scripts to handle various topics while identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and providing effective solutions and alternatives.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to seize sales opportunities to upsell products and build sustainable relationships with our customers through engaging communication.
This position requires work to be performed in person.
