Job Description
P-Tech, a Business Process Outsourcing company based in Rawalpindi, is seeking a full-time Fresh Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Established in 2022, we’re committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction in all our endeavors.
The Fresh CSR will provide support via phone, email, and live chat, focus on resolving customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Qualifications include customer service skills, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a preferred background in customer service.
