Job Description
Rising Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, a premier provider of technology-driven solutions, is excited to announce that we are expanding our team! We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Fresher Call Center Agent. If you have a genuine interest in sales and customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries related to Energy and Home Warranty products, and effectively resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
Schedule: Night shift, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure
